We are excited to announce that the Symposium on Substance Use Research will be hosted digitally in 2021! This virtual symposium provides an opportunity for those working in the areas of substance use to share their original research. The symposium is FREE and OPEN to the public, and there are no registration fees to attend or participate.

We have extended the abstracts deadline to Friday, September 10, 2021. We are pleased to accept abstracts for short research presentations and poster sessions. To submit an abstract, please use the form linked at the bottom of this page. Abstracts will be reviewed by the participating COBRE, IDeA-CTR, and INBRE review teams. If necessary, independent reviewers with subject-matter expertise may also review submissions. Authors will be notified via e-mail by Monday, September 27, 2021, if their abstract has been accepted for the symposium.
