Internal Mentoring, Engagement, and Outreach Workgroup

The MEOW will be made up of fifteen established investigators from relevant department, colleges, and centers with expertise in RDAR’s programmatic focus. The MEOW provides a systematic way for RDAR Leadership to connect with mentors, department and unit leaders, and Center administration. A monthly MEOW meeting will provide constant feedback loops and provides mentors the ability to share successful approaches to mentoring. These meetings will also provide a forum to recognize and pursue synergistic opportunities for COBRE collaborations.
